Mom made a great breakfast of sausage balls, pigs in the blanket an array of sweet breads with cofffe and juice.
Hudson loves to pretend that he is a handyman so he got a Home Depot set of tools. My Dad was one of those men that could fix anything and he loved doing it so it was appropriate for mom to get Hudson his tool set. :)
We enjoyed eating, opening stockings (which is a big tradition in our family), and opening packages together. It was definitely different without Dad. He always held the trash bag and we would pitch our paper to him so this year Rick took over that job. :)
