Several couples from our church were going out for a night of bowling. I wanted to do something special for Ben's 35th and since the couples night out was close to his birthday, I decided I would surprise him with a birthday dessert. Ben LOVES cheesecake so I made him a Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake. The logo in the middle is the Powercat for KState!
