Robyn, my sister, flew back into the states this past Sunday. She had been student teaching at a private school in the Dominican Republic through an international program with Texas A&M. She flew into Bush airport here in Houston. Originally the plan was for the boys and I to go to the airport, but at the last minute I changed our plans. Sunday nights we have AWANA's and Hudson has been working so hard on his verses and he didn't want to miss. Also, the airport is an hour away from our house, it was raining, and a massive airport and 2 little boys can sometimes mean chaos. :) My Nanny's (mom's mom) 82nd birthday was that Monday and since my mom was going to be on the north part of town which is on the way home to Tyler, she decided to go ahead and drive back with Robyn that night so they could be with Nanny on her birthday. We are looking forward to seeing Robyn in a few weeks at her graduation and hearring all of her wonderful stories.
