We made BB a special Bday breakfast: omelet, bacon, coffee all on the Red plate
BB and Landon riding Hudson's horse.
I took Mom out for a special dinner just the two of us. We went to a place called the Burning Pear and it was great! It was so nice to have her all to myself. :)The Lord has blessed me with 2 incredible parents. This past June I wrote an email concerning my Dad and in it I listed several memories about him and I would like to do that in regards to my mom:
*she always lends an ear
*she would stay up late to decorate my pillowcase for camp
*she would drive all the way back to school if I forgot my lunch
*always made us special breakfasts for birthdays, test days,etc.
*was an example to us kids on having a daily quiet time
*she always went the extra mile to make things extra special
*she was the Homeroom/PTA mom in our classes
*she writes a Valentine's letter to each kid each year
*she threw me a surprise 18th bday party with friends and ladies who had been influential in my life
*she actively plays with my kids: gives horse rides, wrestles, plays pretend
*she practicall potty trained Hudson since I was too pregnant :)
*she has helped me move 3 times
